SCOTUS Votes To Overrule Roe!

An Earth shattering leak from the Supreme Court obtained by Politico has revealed that the Supreme Court has voted in Conference to uphold the Mississippi abortion law and effectually overrule Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.

While we won’t know the final decision and ruling until next month, sources say the vote this week from Justices would strike the landmark Roe decision that opened the door for abortion on demand in our nation.



“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Writes Justice Alito in the leaked decision. “Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences.”

This decision, if accurate, would mean that Georgia’s Heartbeat Bill will be upheld immediately by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, which issued a stay order pending the outcome of the Dobbs case.

It’s time for prayer and preparation.

We have been predicting this exact outcome would happen ever since we joined Governor Kemp in passing the Heartbeat Bill that was written by our team and Rep. Ed Setzler back in 2016, which establishes Personhood for babies in the womb and envisions Georgia law without the stranglehold of Roe.

Now, more than ever, we need to rally together to prepare for a post-Roe culture in Georgia.

We’ve started doing just that by passing legislation like Betsy’s Law, Gracie’s Law, Simon’s Law, and expanding pregnancy medicaid. But we need your help to keep the momentum going as we await these historic decisions. Here’s how.

1. Donate to GLA. Chip in $5, $25, $50, or $100 to help us defend the Heartbeat Bill and build a post-Roe Georgia. We are the only group in Georgia who has led the fight statewide to pass and protect the Heartbeat Bill and support candidates who will protect it, and our success is only possible with your help.
2. Support your local pregnancy center and adoption/foster agencies. They will need your finances, your volunteer hours, and your prayers to answer the demand for services that will come once the Heartbeat Bill does into effect.
3. Call your pastor and ask them to speak about the sanctity of life, host a prayer rally, and support pro-life groups like GLA and local pregnancy centers.

Like with Queen Esther, God has entrusted this critical moment in history to US, because He knew we were up to the task of ending the holocaust of abortion. Continue praying that we will see this task through.
